Due to significant growth in activity, we are hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager on a permanent contract to strengthen our teams in Milan. This position offers training opportunities in international talent acquisition.
List of Daily Activities:
Assist the Key Account Manager in posting job openings on ATS and job boards
Search for candidates on various job boards
Call candidates to assess their soft skills
Organize interviews with selected candidates
Manage candidate follow-up using our ATS tools
Adhere to ongoing ATS processes
Participate in ATS updates
Ensure continuous monitoring of active projects
Maintain relationships with hired consultants
Required Profile
Education: Minimum of 3 years of university education
Experience: Minimum of 2 years recruiting industrial engineers
Preferred previous experience: Energy/renewable resources industry
Work location: Milan – with the possibility of remote work
Languages: Fluent English is required
Software: Knowledge of "LinkedIn Recruiter" is preferred
