Role summary
Our client, a leader in offshore cable installation is seeking for a Offshore HSE Supervisor to join their team for two successful offshore campaigns during cable laying and cable installation operations but also for pull in activities in a offshore wind farm project.
Provide necessary support to ensure that all activities carried out by are conducted in strict accordance with the Client HSE Requirements
Control the respect of HSE procedures
Promotion of a high standard of HSE leadership and culture
HSE daily and weekly meeting
Assist in Risk Management process and Permit To Work system.
Conduct HSE Audits and inspections
Lead HSE events investigation and analysis
Organize and lead HSE toolbox talk & on-site training
Requirements
Fluent in English
Experience of Offshore wind farm construction , cable installation or similar projects
Experience in QHSE management systems follow up
Experience in the management of PTW System
Expertise in risk assessments, incident investigations, audits.
Certificate required: Bosiet or GWO
