AVENTA is searching for a meticulous and experienced Senior Project PLANNER to ensure the highest standards of quality control and assurance for the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project of the Ricanto Bioenergy Plant in Ajaccio, Corsica.
💼 Key mission
Maintain the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) in alignment with the contract and internal requirements.
Maintain and evolve the Master Schedule (critical path, histograms, S-curves).
Develop the current Level 2 schedule into an operational Level 3 schedule.
Ensure proper integration of technical disciplines: Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation.
Manage the full project lifecycle: Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Transport, Construction, and Commissioning.
Monitor overall progress and produce weekly and monthly analysis reports.
Participate in Time Impact Analysis (TIA), change management, and claims management.
Ensure coordination between various stakeholders: Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, suppliers, subcontractors, and the client.
💼 Required Skills
Proven experience (> 8 years) in planning for complex industrial projects, with significant exposure to the construction phase and progress tracking.
Experience in power plants, ideally in France (knowledge of the regulatory framework and local players) is a plus.
Mandatory mastery of Primavera P6, MS Project, advanced Excel, and Power BI.
Experience with schedule risk management tools (Primavera Risk Analysis, Deltek Acumen).
Proficiency in Document Management Systems (DMS), ERP, and monitoring methods (physical, documentary, and resource tracking).
High availability and resilience.
Excellent level of French, both written and spoken.
💼 Education and Language
Engineering Degree (Master’s level/Bac+5) or equivalent.
PMP or IPMA certification preferred.
Professional English is essential.
