Planner

• Role:  Land Projects – Production Planner

• Role Description:   Within Transmission Projects BU, Project Management Team, Planning, the Production Planning team is responsible for supporting the full lifetime planning of Projects, from Tender phase to Execution Phase;

For Tender Phase, will support Sales in identifying compatible Factory allocation in terms of capacity and capabilities, working with Factories Production Planners, System Engineering, Installation and Testing to define the optimal production Plan of Work (POW)

For Execution Phase, will support Project Management team to maintain aligned the POW with delivery requirement.

Working closely with Controlling and Manufacturing to support key forecasting processes (5 years Plan, MP, SOP)

• Main Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales team with Allocation and POW definition for all Land projects Tenders;

  • Support PM team with maintenance and optimization for all Land projects in Execution;

  • Coordinate the supply of cables together with the components;

  • Communication of defined plans with Factories planners and follow up of execution;

  • Management of direct reporting resource;

  • Definition of Long term forecasts;

  • Support Planning Process improvements / digitalization;

• Key competences:

  • Min 3 years’ Experience within Planning (Project or Production)

  • Excellent excel / MS Office

  • Excellent English proficiency

  • MS Project

  • High communication skills
