Role Definition

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead interconnector cable Landfall Project, focusing on the fabrication, launch, and installation of cable bundles. The role is based in Le Verdon-sur-Mer (33) and requires strong expertise in marine projects, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in marine, cable lay, or wind farm operations. This position will be a hands-on, on-site role, ensuring the successful management of the project timeline, resources, and quality control until its completion in June 2025, with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

 • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of the INELFE landfall project, overseeing the fabrication, deployment, and installation of subsea cable bundles.

 • Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

 • Ensure compliance with marine installation standards and safety regulations.

 • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

 • Provide regular project updates and reporting to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and proactive communication.

 • Monitor and manage the quality control process, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship in marine operations.

 • Troubleshoot and resolve any project challenges, especially in relation to marine conditions and technical constraints.

 • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and installation teams, to ensure smooth operations and project synergy.

 • Ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations pertinent to the offshore and coastal project environment.

Qualification

Required Qualifications:

 • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine project management, specifically in cable lay, wind farm, or similar offshore projects.

 • Proven track record in managing large-scale marine operations, including fabrication, transport, and installation of subsea bundles.

 • Strong understanding of marine engineering practices, logistics, and regulatory frameworks.

 • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage complex timelines.

 • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

 • Fluent in both French and English (preferred).
