Site Manager (CORSICA)

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Manager to oversee cable laying activities and support the site team during the execution of a major infrastructure project. The role includes coordination with subcontractors, ensuring quality and HSE compliance, and maintaining up-to-date documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all cable laying activities on-site to ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.

• Manage site-related documentation and generate detailed reports.

• Assist the Site Project Manager / Site Manager in managing subcontractors.

• Monitor and control subcontractor performance, with a focus on quality and HSE standards.

• Support communication and coordination at the site interface level—both internal and external.

• Prepare and submit regular progress reports (daily and as required).

• Review and validate subcontractor reports for accuracy and completeness.

Profile / Requirements:

• Previous experience in a site supervision role, preferably in cable laying or electrical installation.

• Solid understanding of construction site processes and HSE standards.

• Strong organizational and reporting skills.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a dynamic project environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (written and spoken).

• Willingness to travel and stay on-site for extended periods.The position holder is responsible to supervise civil activities within the SACOI 3 project, related to onshore activities ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.

He is also responsible to control site activities, ensuring compliance with Project HSE Plan, and local regulatory framework requirements, related to Health, Safety and Environment.

Full time presence on site in Corsica (Ajaccio and Bastia)
