We are looking for several Work Planners.

Project description You'll be working in a dynamic environment at Schiphol Airport, within a close-knit team in the Implementation department. Colleagues are there for each other, and we care about each individual. Together, we'll work towards Schiphol's growth ambitions. We'll be working on exciting projects, and no two days are the same. The team has a hands-on mentality, prioritizing short lines of communication and response times in customer relations. Office tasks are handled efficiently and hassle-free. You simply need to be able to enjoy your work!

Activities

As a work planner E within the MJOP (Multi-Year Maintenance Plan) team, you'll be responsible for coordinating the schedule, resolving malfunctions, and suggesting potential improvements. You'll handle a wide variety of service requests, ensuring appropriate solutions and a smooth process.

Some of your duties include: - Compiling and checking maintenance reports for work performed by colleagues or subcontractors; - Manage quotation process; - Analyze and optimize maintenance reports;  - Have findings from maintenance rectified; - Create and coordinate work orders; - Quality control of maintenance; - Small calculations and orders; - Coordinating MJOP activities; - Managing mechanics in coordination with the contract manager; - Where appropriate, customer visits for recordings, quarterly meetings, etc.; - You apply energy efficiency and circularity in your work where possible; - Manage the handling of faults effectively.

Selection criteria

The maintenance team regularly comes to you with questions, so you sometimes have to act quickly to ensure continuity. You communicate your duties and responsibilities promptly to the maintenance team, various suppliers, and the customer. We expect you to actively contribute to improvement projects and continuously improve your own processes.

You also have a completed vocational/higher professional education (MBO/HBO) degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, such as MIT or HIT, and at least two years of work experience in this field. We believe it's important that someone is structured and open to the team and other colleagues. A dedicated work ethic and adherence to agreements are essential. 

- Minimum MBO-4 level in the direction of electrical engineering, a must; - Experience with utilities is a strict requirement; - Experience in a similar role is a must; - A VCA-VOL certificate and GPI certificate (or be prepared to obtain these yourself or through the supplier); - Living within 1 hour of Schiphol Airport, a must. - A healthy degree of independence and sense of responsibility; - Good communication with your internal and external stakeholders.
